Why You Need To Sweat It Out In The Sauna

It's a no brainer that exercise should be a daily routine much like showering - as they say, sitting is the new smoking. Beyond the rush of endorphins exercise releases, it tends to be the root of all good habits and a measure of how well we intend to treat our bodies. While all forms of exercise is good - even just a 10 minutes brisk walk during the day - anything that involves sweating can speed up your body's detoxification process.

The idea of sweating inside a heated space has been around for centuries, popular across cultures from the Greeks to thee Native Americans.

It's a cleansing ritual that's been scientifically proven to be effective: we sweat out plastic toxins in the sauna, and it it has also been proven to help with heavy metal detoxification.

To name a few more bonuses, sauna sessions have been shown to have positive effects on endorphin levels, musculoskeletal ailments, blood flow, and the immune system's cell activity.

And by the way, sweating it out in the sauna definitely makes our skin clearer, fresher looking and dewier.

Our recommendation? Do it as often as you can. The bare minimum for you to see results is to get in the sauna for 15 minutes 3 to 4 times a week.

Book your sauna session at TERAPUNG FLOAT CLUB in Seminyak, Bali.
